BRAC Cleanup Team (BCT)

The Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Cleanup Team (BCT) members include the Army's Installation Support Management Agency (ISMA), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Region V, and Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM):

Members are jointly responsible for overseeing the closure, cleanup, and reuse of JPG. The Team supported the development of the Version 3 update to the BRAC Cleanup Plan, a document which identifies plans and strategies for cleanup of JPG based on the reuse of the installation.

The BCT works closely with the Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) to ensure the public is informed on and participates in the closure process.
